    Inside, the house unfolds over four floors, offering generous living space and a wealth of modern comforts. At its heart is the expansive kitchen and dining area, where a five-metre dining table comfortably seats up to 18 guests, a dream for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing a leisurely meal featuring freshly caught seafood paired with a fine wine.
